Tabitha Salmon is a widely acclaimed artist working in the figurative tradition, her paintings are remarkable for their colour energy and impact.

Tabitha was born in Kent in 1955, studied in Brighton and Camberwell Colleges of Art, she has been a professional painter for 30 years.  During this time she has become much travelled, an artist who responds with characteristic enthusiasm to new places and cultures.  She is always drawing and developing her images using a multiplicity of media, oils, gouache, oil pastel and gold leaf.
